We are delighted to announce that Prof. Steve Portugal (Oxford) has agreed to step in and replace Prof. Couzin with a talk on a very similar subject: “The Symphony of Flocks: Collective Behaviour in Birds”. More details on the web page.

Note that the Parks Road entrance to St John’s (close to 15 on the College map) is most convenient for the Festival, and indeed is the only route for those of limited mobility. If you wish to use this entrance and in particular if you need wheelchair space, please indicate this when you book your tickets.
